What You’ll Do
As one of our Product Designers, you’ll be more than a CAD wizard—you’ll be a key player in shaping products from concept to completion with a strong focus on engineering optimization. You’ll work closely with clients and teammates to make sure the best ideas rise to the top and become market leading products.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
• Creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings that bring concepts to life.
• Documenting development decisions and design logic.
• Collaborating with the team to refine designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Assisting teammates with engineering questions and optimizations.
• Managing your projects from initial sketches to production-ready documentation.
• Contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions—your voice matters here!
• Ensuring designs exceed industry standards and our high-quality expectations.
What We’re Looking For
• Degree or certification in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 5 years minimum relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and/or mechanics.
• Quick learner with strong research skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
• Strong grasp of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Deep knowledge of common materials and their properties.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who loves collaboration and innovation.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally.
